Gladys Rech passed away on July 29, 2026, at the age of 97, in Newmarket, Ontario. Born on June 18, 1929, she will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the joy she brought to those around her. Gladys was predeceased by her husband Geoff, sister Barbara, and brother-in-law Doug Cormie. She is survived by her sister Elaine, brother-in-law Gordon, daughter Sue Leite, son-in-law Gavin, and grandchildren Avery, Ayden, and Charley. Donations may be made to the Southlake Regional Health Centre or the Canadian Cancer Society.
