Fred Kostuck of Newmarket, Ontario, passed away on May 17, 2026, at the age of 94. He is survived by his wife Huguette Kostuck and his daughters Helene (Louis), Desiree (Mike) and Michelle (Andrew). In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Fred's name may be made to the Southlake Residential Care Village Foundation.
