Fred Kostuck

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Fred Kostuck on May 17, 2026, at the age of 94, in Newmarket, Ontario. Fred was deeply loved and cherished by his wife, Huguette Kostuck, and his daughters, Helene (Louis), Desiree (Mike), and Michelle (Andrew). In honoring his memory, we invite friends and family to leave a sympathy message on his memorial page. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Fred's name to the Southlake Residential Care Village Foundation. May he rest in peace, forever remembered by those whose lives he touched.
