Brenda Dorothy Scott (Greig) Brooks

Brenda Dorothy Scott (Greig) Brooks of Newmarket, Ontario, passed away on September 25, 2026, at the age of 72. She is survived by her sons, Adam (Andrea) and Keith (Lisa), along with her grandchildren, Carl (Michelle), Alexis, Owen, Sophie, and Claire, and great-grandchildren, Charlotte and Harper. Brenda is also remembered by her siblings, Sandra (late Patrick), Linda (Albert), and Bryan (Marissa), as well as her nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place at Taylor Funeral Home, located at 524 Davis Dr, Newmarket, ON, on Thursday, October 1, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, October 2, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service will follow on Friday from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, with a reception from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Margaret Bahen Hospice.
