Born on April 12, 1995, Blake is remembered for the joy he brought to his loved ones and the meaningful connections he fostered throughout his life. He is survived by his parents, John and Wilhelmina Kelly; his siblings, Jordan (Elina), Lauren (Will), and Tanner Kelly; and his fiancée, Tanya. Visitation will take place at Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home on Friday, October 9, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and on Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will follow on Saturday at 11:00 AM, with a reception from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ontario SPCA and Humane Society are appreciated.
