Andy Shannon

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Andy Shannon of Newmarket, Ontario, who departed this life on October 22, 2026, at the age of 86. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Carmel Shannon, as well as his parents, Andrew and Mary. Andy is survived by his children, Andrew, Caroline Russell (Michael), and Patricia (James Fort). He will be missed by his grandchildren, Danielle, Shannon, Natasha, and Alicia, along with his great-grandchildren, Landon, Addison, Hayden, Charlotte, Josephine, and Rohan. He is also survived by his siblings, George, Jim, Anne, and Margaret. A celebration of life will take place on Sunday, November 22, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home - Reception Room, located at 157 Main St S, Newmarket, ON L3Y3Y9. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice.
