Elaine Haggart, born on May 28, 1953, passed away on March 8, 2026, at the age of 72, at Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie. She is survived by her brother, Edward Preston of Sudbury, her daughters, Donna (Fernando) of Barrie, Tammy (Cory) of Sudbury, and Filva (Chris) of Courtice; her grandchildren, Jesse, Lindsay, Logan and Nick, her great-granddaughter Willow, and her partner, Bob Waters of Maxwell. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, May 24th at the Ferndale Banquet Hall & Catering in Barrie. Later, she will rest in peace with her parents and sister at Park Lawn Cemetery in Sudbury, Ontario.
