Mr. Michael Steven Joseph Burns (Mike)

Michael Steven Joseph Burns passed away on May 22, 2026, in Peterborough, Ontario, at the age of 70. Born on May 22, 1956, in Whitehorse, Canada, Mike was the beloved son of John Burns and Barbara Burns. He shared 38 years of life with Bonnie O'Brien, and was a devoted father to Kristopher, Marc, and Erica, and a proud grandfather to Dylan, Tyler, Hunter, Riley, Olivia, and Madison. Mike will be deeply missed by his brothers, David and Gregory, and his extended family and friends. He worked as a heavy-duty equipment mechanic and was known for his expertise and willingness to help others. Mike is survived by his family, including his wife Bonnie, children, grandchildren, and brothers.
