Geralynn Ann Thomas (nee Reiner)

Geralynn Ann Thomas (nee Reiner) passed away on May 30, 2026, at her residence in New Hamburg. Born on June 4, 1953, in Kitchener, Ontario, she was the cherished daughter of the late Lloyd Joseph and Eva Marie (Fackoury) Reiner. Geralynn was a loving mother to Shawn Thomas and his wife Jackie (Strauss) and a devoted grandmother to Maddison and Wesley Thomas. She will be missed by her dear friend and the father of Shawn, David Thomas, and her special friend Seaford Tye. Geralynn is also survived by her brothers John (Janet) Reiner and Robert Reiner, her sister Mary Lou Shafer, many family members, and countless friends. She was predeceased by her stepbrother James. A celebration of her life will commence in the chapel of the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home on June 4, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. following visitation. All are welcome to join the family for a time of fellowship and further celebrations at the Morningside Community Centre after the ceremony.
