Bonnie Joan MANTYNEN (nee Brown)

Bonnie Joan Mantynen, nee Brown, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on July 2, 2026. She is survived by her loving husband, David, and their children, Quinlan and Carlin Mantynen. Bonnie is also survived by her siblings, Kenneth Brown and Kevin Brown, and sister-in-law to Phil Mantynen, Chris Mantynen, and Mary Brown. She was predeceased by her parents, Henry and Dorothy, brothers Raymond and Larry Brown, and brother-in-law Randy Mantynen. Bonnie will be missed by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She grew up in New Hamburg and attended Grandview Public School, Waterloo-Oxford, and Conestoga College. Bonnie worked as an educational assistant, touching the lives of many. At her request, cremation has taken place. Friends and family are invited to gather at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home in New Hamburg on July 12th from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. for a time of fellowship and sharing memories. A private interment will be held at a later date.
