William Switzer

William Switzer of Napanee, Ontario, passed away on August 24, 2026, at the age of 97. He is survived by his wife Vivian Switzer; children Valerie Young, Reginald Switzer and Steve Switzer; grandchildren Tammy Griffin, Iain Griffin and Rebecca Switzer; great‑grandchildren Emily, Hannah and Olivia Williams; siblings Fred Switzer and Gladys Yeomans; and sister‑in‑law Evelyn Asselstine. Predeceased relatives are not listed. Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Hannah Funeral Home, 123 Dundas Street West, Napanee, ON K7R1Z9, followed by a funeral service at the same location from 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. The family requests memorial donations to the Lennox and Addington County General Hospital Foundation.
