Linda Armitage

The family of Linda Armitage announces her passing on August 26, 2026, in Napanee, Ontario, at the age of 73. Born on September 12, 1952, Linda was a beloved member of her community and cherished by many. She was predeceased by her husband, Harry Armitage. Linda is survived by her children, Lindsey Welsh (Tom Schnerch) and Ryan Welsh (late Katie), along with her grandchildren, Baia, Selene, Kahlil, and Oscar. She also leaves behind her siblings, Marg Bowers (Walter), Bert Sands (late Heidi), and Rae Sands (Candy), as well as several nieces and nephews. A funeral service was held on September 5, 2026, at Hannah Funeral Home in Napanee. The family appreciates memorial donations to the Lennox and Addington County Hospital Foundation or the Ernestown Art Program.
