Cleveland Lowe

Cleveland Lowe, a resident of Napanee, Ontario, was born on February 6, 1947 and died on August 18, 2026, at the age of 79. He was predeceased by his daughter Juliet Knowlton (Jamie) and his stepson Steven VanNess (Lynn). He is survived by his wife Helen Lowe (Storms), daughters Vonda Haley, Wendy Bennett (Adam) and Michelle Holloway, stepson Randy VanNess (Cindy), brother LeRoy Lowe, as well as numerous grandchildren and great‑grandchildren. Visitation took place on Friday, August 21, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Hannah Funeral Home, 123 Dundas Street West, Napanee, ON K7R1Z9, followed by a funeral service at the same location from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Rose of Sharon Fellowship Church.
