Ronald "Ron" HAYWARD

Ronald 'Ron' HAYWARD passed away peacefully at Hospice Wellington, Guelph, on Friday, May 8, 2026, in his 87th year, at the age of 86. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Margaret, in 2015. Ron is lovingly remembered by his children, Joanne Admans and her husband Jeff of Cambridge, and Teresa Stephan and her husband Mike of Eden Mills. He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren, Jessica Keachie and her husband Brandon, Kaitlin Admans and her fiance Stephen Kelly, and Taylor Admans and his wife Tessa, as well as his great-grandchildren, Emma, Gracelyn, Claire, Jack, and Ellis. Ron is also lovingly remembered by his companion, Wreatha Speers. He shared a special bond with his dog, Mocha. Ron was born and raised in Toronto and later moved to Milton with Margaret to raise their family. He dedicated 25 years of service as a school custodian with the Halton District School Board. The family would like to thank the staff of Waterloo Regional Health Network Cancer Centre, Bayshore Health Care, and Hospice Wellington for their care and compassion. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at the England Funeral Home, 294 Main Street South, Mount Forest, on Friday, May 15th from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Ron are asked to consider Hospice Wellington.
