TODD ANDREW COWAN

Todd Andrew Cowan passed away peacefully on July 29, 2026, at the age of 57, surrounded by his loving wife Alexandra Babcock and adored daughter Allegra. Born on October 12, 1968, in Montreal, Todd is survived by his parents Jeannie and John Cowan, brother Jay, sister Heidi, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Whitney, Courtney, and Blair, as well as four nephews and seven nieces. He was predeceased by his in-laws Dorothy and Larry Babcock. Todd had a distinguished career in real estate, graduating from the Ivey Business School at Western University and going on to work with Knowlton Realty, TrizecHahn, and TriGranit Development Corporation, where he served as Chief Executive Officer. He later co-founded Capital Developments in Canada, leaving a lasting impact on Toronto's landscape. Private services will be held.
