VIRGINIA HERGOTT

Virginia Anne Hergott, née Travers, passed away on July 29, 2026, at the age of 93, surrounded by her family. She was a loving mother to Kathleen, Kelly, Mary, and Michael, and a proud grandmother and great-grandmother to many. Virginia was predeceased by her husband Frank in 2004. A dedicated nurse, she graduated from the St. Michael's Hospital Nursing program and worked in various settings, including as a public health nurse. In retirement, she volunteered at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital for over 25 years. Virginia will be remembered for her love of family, friendship, and good parties, as well as her dedication to her career and community.
