Shirley Elizabeth Bailey passed away on July 24, 2026, at the age of 96. She was born on August 9, 1929. Shirley is predeceased by her husband Norman Bailey, who passed away in 1998. She will be remembered by her many nieces, nephews, and their families. A funeral service will be held at Dodsworth & Brown Funeral Home in Burlington on July 29th at 11:00 a.m., followed by a reception and interment.
