Mary (Marica) Belavich

Mary (Marica) Belavich of Mississauga, Ontario, passed away on October 2, 2026, at the age of 79. Born on August 27, 1947, she is fondly remembered by her family and friends. Mary was predeceased by her parents, Drago Kusan and Kata Kusan (Stefanac). She is survived by her husband, Peter; her children, Susan Markic (Gordan), Dennis (Rita), Baka, Matthew (Vanessa), Nicole, Daniel, and Justin; her sister, Ankica Jurinic (Marijan); and her nephews, Eddie (Melissa), David (Sandra), Filip, and Mateo. Visitation will take place on Thursday, October 8, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Peel Chapel, located at 2180 Hurontario St, Mississauga, ON L5B1M8. A Mass will be celebrated on Friday, October 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Church of the Croatian Martyrs, 4605 Mississauga Rd, Mississauga, ON L5M2B2.
