MARY GERTRUDE STIKEMAN

Mary Gertrude Stikeman (nee Wilson), born on November 22, 1934, in Perth, Ontario, passed away peacefully on August 16, 2026, at the age of 91, surrounded by her daughter and sister. She was predeceased by her parents, Gertrude Code and Murray Wilson, her stepmother Louise Lockhart Wilson, her husband Heward Stikeman, brother Robert Wilson, and brother-in-law Ted Hodgetts. Mary is survived by her sister Jane Wilson, daughter Roben Stikeman, and grandsons Finn and Oscar Boyle. She is fondly remembered by Heward's children, Ginny, Robert, Ann, Elizabeth, and their families. Mary cherished her childhood adventures, excelling in sports and enjoying summers with her cousins. Her career at Cooke's Travel agency allowed her to explore the world and meet her beloved husband. The family expresses gratitude to the staff at The Sunrise for their care.
