Mary Alfonsa (Stanislawa) Kunicka

Mary Alfonsa (Stanislawa) Kunicka passed away on September 28, 2026, at the age of 97. Born on May 7, 1929, in Mississauga, Ontario, Mary shared her life with family, friends, and the community, leaving a lasting impact on those who knew her. She was predeceased by her parents, Anastasia and Filip, and her siblings, Jan, Aleksandra, Josefa, and Antonia. Mary is survived by her brother Al (Jill), along with numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews. Visitation will take place on Friday, October 2, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Mary Convent, located at 2165 Mississauga Rd, Mississauga, ON L5H2K8, with a wake at 7:00 PM. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 11:00 AM in the Convent Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Felician Sisters, their mission in Tulita, NT, or to St. Felix Centre.
