MARLENE YVONNE CAMPITELLI

Marlene Yvonne Campitelli passed away on March 18, 2026, at the age of 92, at Amica Erin Mills Retirement Home in Mississauga. Born on October 17, 1933, in Port Elgin, Ontario, to Anna and Joseph Schlemmer, Marlene was predeceased by her husband of 67 years, Giovanni 'Nino'; her sister, Edith; and her brother, Walter. She is survived by her sons, Mark (Soile) and Carl (Rebecca); and daughter, Tara (Robin); as well as her grandchildren, Katriina (Gregory), Karli (Colin), Cole (fiancée Julia), Chad and Calvin; and her great-grandson, Timothy. Marlene is also survived by her sister-in-law, nieces, nephews and their families. A public visitation will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., followed by a Celebration of Life at 11:00 a.m. at Kane-Jerrett Funeral Home in Thornhill. Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks you to consider a donation to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
