MARILYN HELENA FARQUHARSON

Marilyn Helena Farquharson passed away on February 2, 2026, in her 99th year. Born on April 19, 1927, she was the beloved wife of Richard for 71 years, predeceased by him in 2021. She is survived by her children, Lynn Farquharson and Robert Rumble of Mississauga, and Craig Farquharson and Terry Farquharson of Harbor Springs, Michigan. Marilyn was also devoted to her grandchildren, Taylor and Cole Farquharson. She was the sister of the late Roy Cole and Kenneth Cole of Montreal. Marilyn lived a long and fulfilling life, marked by her many friendships and her contributions to the community. She taught dental hygiene to students in the Peel school system and was a member of The Boulevard Club, where she enjoyed tennis. Marilyn was known for her culinary skills, her talents as a painter and furniture refinisher, and her kindness, positive attitude, and sense of humour. She resided in Applewood Acres, Mississauga, for 68 years and at Sunrise of Mississauga for the past 2 ½ years. Cremation has taken place.
