Maria Scrivo

Maria Scrivo of Mississauga, Ontario, was born on June 5, 1935, and passed away on October 5, 2026, at the age of 91. She is survived by her beloved husband Bruno, her son Joseph, and her son Frank (Gilberta). Maria was a cherished grandmother to Andrea (Darcy), Amanda (Daniel), Kelsey, Rachel, and Jordan, and a great-grandmother to Austin. She is also remembered by her siblings, Salvator, Teresa, Rafella, Aldo (Natalina), Biagio, and Bruno (Assunta), along with many nieces, nephews, and extended family. Visitation took place on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Scott Funeral Home Mississauga Chapel. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, followed by burial at Assumption Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the SickKids Foundation or to your local food bank would be appreciated.
