Born on February 19, 1935, Maria was a beloved wife to Antonio Diniz and a cherished mother to her daughters, Maria (Jose), Cristina (Carlos), and Rosemary (Joaquim). She was also a proud great-grandmother to Emma, Dottie, and Charlotte. Maria's warmth and kindness touched the lives of many, and she will be fondly remembered by family, friends, and colleagues. Visitation will take place on Sunday, September 20, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Scott Funeral Home Mississauga Chapel. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, September 21, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, followed by burial at Assumption Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Kidney Foundation of Canada.
