MANOKARAN (MANO) THIYAGARAJAH, MBA, CPA, CGA

Manokaran Thiyagarajah, a devoted husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away peacefully on August 12, 2026, at the age of 63. Born on December 4, 1962, he leaves behind a legacy of professional excellence and personal kindness. Throughout his career, he held senior roles at several prominent companies, including State Street, Morgaurd, O&Y REIT, Sentinel Real Estate, and Transglobe Apartment REIT, and later served as the Chief Financial Officer of Terra Firma Capital Corporation. He is survived by his loving wife, Kamini, his daughter, Nila, and his siblings and family. Funeral services will be held at Chapel Ridge Funeral Home & Cremation Centre in Markham on August 15th and 16th.
