Born on December 23, 1937, he is survived by his wife, Veronica D'Cruz; his son, Stephen D'Cruz; and his sister, Monica Vincent (predeceased). Visitation will take place on Monday, October 26, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Assumption Catholic Funeral Home, located at 6933 Tomken Rd, Mississauga, ON L5T1N4. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM in the chapel of the funeral home. Flowers are welcome in memory of Louis.
