LORIANE "LORI" ANNA PARFENIUK
Loriane "Lori" Anna Parfeniuk, born on December 31, 1946, passed away peacefully on August 13, 2026, at St. Joseph's Health Centre after a brief illness. Lori dedicated over 40 years to nursing, primarily in palliative care at St. Michael's Hospital, where she provided compassionate support to patients and their families during their final moments. Her family expresses deep gratitude to the healthcare team at St. Joseph's for their exceptional care. Lori had a passion for travel, particularly to Hawaii, and enjoyed film, reading, and performance. She is predeceased by her parents and brother, Willy. Lori is lovingly remembered by her sister-in-law Kristine Jones, and many friends whose lives she touched with her warmth and kindness. Her thoughtful gestures and enduring friendships will be cherished. A private service will be held to honor her memory.
