JOSEPHINE M. OSTAPCHUCK

Josephine M. Ostapchuk (Rucheski) passed away on August 28, 2026, at the age of 92. She was the beloved wife of the late William (Bill) Ostapchuk and a devoted mother to her daughters, Dianne Rouleau (Rob Hannah) and Kathy Mackowski (Robert). Josephine was a proud grandmother to Jessica Rouleau (Jeroen van Heumen), Andrew Mackowski (Stephanie Baird), Kristen Hatesohl (Steven), and Justin Rouleau (Beth Martin), and a cherished great-grandmother to Mackenzie, Chloe, Reilly, Brinley, Louis, Brooks, and Bryson. Born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, on June 18, 1934, to Nettie (née Chiplak) and Joseph Rucheski, she was known for her elegance, strength, and generosity. Josephine's family was her greatest joy, and she loved to spoil them with shopping trips. She lived life to the fullest, always encouraging others to act on their dreams and listen to their hearts.
