JEAN ELIZABETH HARRIS

Jean Elizabeth Harris, born on June 10, 1935, passed away on August 5, 2026, at the age of 91. She was the loving wife of the late Norman Vincent Harris and devoted mother to Heather Dawn Barbour and Jennifer Harris. Jean was a proud grandmother to Mitchell, William, and Kimberly. She is survived by her sisters-in-law, Bea Luke and Eloise Maynard, as well as sister-in-law Dorthy Friars and brother-in-law John Brannen, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Jean was predeceased by her brother, Gerald Friars, sisters Vivian Brannen and Hazel Kilpatrick, and brothers-in-law Fred Kilpatrick and Gerry Maynard. A celebration of her life will be held at Eden United Church in Mississauga on August 14th, with guests received at 10:30 a.m. and the funeral at 11 a.m., followed by a luncheon. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ontario Federation for Cerebral Palsy would be appreciated, with notification to the family.
