IGLA ROSSI

Igla Rossi (nee Tangredi) passed away on June 15, 2026, at the age of 90, at Credit River Retirement Residence, surrounded by her loving family. She is now reunited with her beloved husband, Tonino. Igla was the loving mother of Jerry (Serafina) and Lori, proud Nonna of Gianluca (Michelle) and Samantha (Michael), and cherished Bisnonna of Luca. She is also survived by her sister Carolina (Mario), and predeceased by her sisters Savina (Tony) and Olga. Igla was the sister-in-law of Joe (Edda), and predeceased by her sisters-in-law Maria (Eugenio) and Elvira (Antonio). She will be sadly missed by her numerous nieces and nephews, including Daniela (Roland), Sandra, Guy (Mary Grace), Gloria (John), Ella (Paul), Laura (Dave), Fernando (Pina), Carlo (Emma), Panfilo (Maria), Maurice, Loredana (Sergio), Lisa (Michael), Roberta (Greg), and Sandra (Johann), as well as her extended family and friends. A visitation will be held on Sunday, June 21, 2026, from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home. The Funeral Mass will take place on Monday, June 22, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. in the Chapel of St. Joseph, followed by entombment at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Igla can be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
