Gerald "Gerry" Paul BRUBACHER
Gerald 'Gerry' Paul Brubacher passed away peacefully, with his family by his side at Trillium Health Partners Credit Valley Hospital on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at the age of 63. Gerry was born in Kitchener to parents Arthur and Betty. After high school, Gerry began his 40 plus year career in funeral and grief services at Turner & Porter Funeral Directors Ltd. where he served the Etobicoke and Mississauga communities with compassion and dedication. Gerry will be remembered as a man who prioritized family. He is survived by his mother, Betty, his brother, Bill (Anne), his sister, Sue (Arnie) Gaunt, and nephews, Justin (Hannah) and Nate (Carey). Always dapper, Gerry loved music, dancing, travelling with his late partner Joe McSorley, fine dining, going to the cottage and socializing with friends. His gentle, kind and humorous demeanour was infectious.
