GAIL MCINTOSH

Gail McIntosh (née McGowan) was born on May 18, 1940, in Timmins, Ontario, and grew up in Toronto. She passed away peacefully on August 11, 2026, at the age of 86 after a long career as a secretary with the Toronto Catholic School Board. She is survived by her daughter, Lori McIntosh; her grandsons, Max and Jack Kohar; her brother, Gerry (Mary) McGowan; and her nieces and nephews, Margaret Franklin (Mark), Ann McGowan (John), Julie McGowan (Louis), Michael McGowan (Shelagh), Patrick McGowan (Claudine), and David McGowan (Lisa). She was predeceased by her son, Jeff, and her parents, Vincent and Rosella McGowan. A small family service is planned for the fall. The family expresses gratitude to the staff of Harmony Hills Community and the Palliative Care Wing of Michael Garron Hospital for their care.
