FRANK TIMOTHY DEETH

Frank Timothy "Tim" Deeth, born on June 6, 1949, passed away on August 23, 2026, at the age of 77. Tim lived life to the fullest, filling his calendar with baseball games, concerts, travel, and cherished family gatherings. He spent many joyful summers at the family cottage on Oak Lake in Stirling, Ontario, surrounded by loved ones and friends. A dedicated lawyer, Tim never truly embraced retirement, always finding one more case to pursue and one more person to assist. He is survived by his wife, Lynda; his sons, Matthew (Sarah) and Michael (Amber), along with grandchildren Jackson, Charlie, Theodore, and Summer; and his daughter, Corey (Nick). He was predeceased by his son, Thomas. Tim's kindness, humor, and unwavering friendship will be deeply missed. Visitation will take place at Humphrey Funeral Home on August 28, with a funeral service at Fairlawn United Church on August 29. Donations may be made to cancer research.
