Frances Williams

Frances Williams of Mississauga, Ontario, passed away on August 23, 2026, at the age of 94. She was predeceased by her parents, Richard and Christiana Simon of Mary's Parish, Antigua, her husband Ralph Zephaniah Williams, and her children Sherwyn and Kelly Gladstone (Denise). She is survived by her daughters Mary (James), Paulina, Maureen, Alison (Noel) and Jacqueline (John Paul); her grandchildren Troy (Denisa), Dawn (Jeffrey), Keith (Karen), Anthony, Nneka, Drew (Mandy), Minlou Kiera, Jeannette, Andre, Jannele (Rolyn), Colin (Sabrina), Alana, Dane, Dominique, Madison and Garrett; her great‑grandchildren James Bryson, Kevon (Stephanie), Kasia, Kortney, Cassius, Faith, Anastasia (Anna), Drucilla (Ella), Rachel, Amari, Darius and Leiya; and her great‑great‑grandchild King. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 28, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Peel Chapel, 2180 Hurontario Street, Mississauga, ON. A celebration of life is scheduled for Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in St. Hilary's Anglican Church, 2055 Hurontario Street, Mississauga, ON, followed by a reception at 11:30 a.m. at the Peel Chapel. The family requests that donations be made in Frances’s memory to the Alzheimer Society.
