Eugene 'Red' Vitale passed away on August 10, 2026, at the age of 96, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on May 5, 1930, in Toronto, Ontario, to Vincenzo Vitale and Anna De Acetis, he is survived by his wife of 74 years, Caroline, and their children, Les, Deborah, Annette, and Mark, as well as grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A private funeral for immediate family was held on August 13, 2026, at Highland Memorial Gardens.
