He was the husband of Ruth (née Hinatsu) for 62 years, father to Lynn (Peter), Liane (Dave), and Tracy, and a proud grandfather to Matthew, Douglas, Hana, and Julia. He was predeceased by his siblings, Tak, Tomi, Fudge, Kay, Kimi, Yuki, Frank, Doris, and Phyllis. Per his wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are planned.
