BARBARA ELLEN OSZLAK

Barbara Ellen Oszlak passed away on August 15, 2026, at the age of 71. She was the mother of Jennifer (married to Jason), Andrew (married to Kristina), Heather and Michael (married to Merrin), and the beloved grandmother to Christopher, Hadley, Aria and Poppy. Predeceased by her husband Jacob and her parents Jim and Dorothy Chivers, she is also survived by her brothers and their families. Visitation will be held at Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road, Weston, on Friday, August 21, 2026, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and again from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. A funeral service will follow in the Ward Chapel on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice in her memory.
