Doris STECKLY

Doris Steckly passed away on January 30, 2026, at the age of 92. She was the beloved wife of the late Stanley Steckly, whom she married on September 5, 1953. Doris was a loving mother of Wendy (David) Weber, Rod (June), and Perry (Charlotte), and a special grandma to her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was also a dear sister to Stan (Mary) Leis and Lyle (Barb) Leis, and is survived by her brothers and sisters-in-law. Predeceased by her parents Emmanuel and Elizabeth Leis, parents-in-law Menno and Sarah Steckly, and several siblings and in-laws. Doris was a longtime member of Riverdale Mennonite Church and more recently a member of Milverton Christian Fellowship. Her family was very important to her, and she shared her love for the Lord with family and friends. A funeral service will be held on February 4, 2026, at Milverton Christian Fellowship Church.
