Shirley Hogg

Shirley Hogg passed away on July 25, 2026, at the age of 100. Born on August 9, 1925, she was a kind and caring individual who enjoyed knitting, baking, and gardening. A lifelong fan of the Toronto Blue Jays, she also loved singing hymns at church. Shirley was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother who cherished time with her family. She was predeceased by her husband Milton, who was a retired Hamilton Police Officer, her son Stephen, and her brother Billy. Shirley is survived by her brother Donald, children Karen, Michael, David, Peter, Kris, and Kathy, as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. A private family celebration of life will be held to honour her memory.
