Pietro VACCARELLA

Pietro Vaccarella passed away on July 1, 2026, at the age of 84, at Juravinski Hospital, surrounded by family. He was a devoted husband to Maria for 63 years, a proud father to Joe, Mike, and Guy, and a loving Nonno to Katerina, Paige, Pietro, Gaetano, Maria, Mikayla, and Jesse, and a Bisnonno to Benjamin and Logan. Pietro is also survived by his sister Fortuna and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by no one mentioned in the text. Pietro will be remembered for his ability to make people laugh, his love of music, and his devotion to his family. Resting at Friscolanti Funeral Chapel, visitation will be held on Monday, July 6th, from 2-5 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday, July 7th, at 10 a.m. Entombment to follow at Bayview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Juravinski Cancer Centre, Heart and Stroke Foundation, or Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
