Mr Neil Thomas McWilliams

Neil Thomas McWilliams passed away on June 5, 2026, at the age of 71, surrounded by family at the Juravinski Hospital. He was a loving husband to Laura, father to Benjamin, Michael, Rebekah, and Rachael, and Papa to Olivia, Levi, Thomas, and Mackenzie. Neil is also survived by his siblings Marg and John, and many nieces and nephews. He spent 32 years at Stelco as a proud member of Local 1005 and enjoyed caring for and racing horses with his family. As per his wishes, there will be no funeral, but a celebration of life will follow at a later date. The family would like to thank the staff at the Juravinski Hospital, especially Nurse Audra, for their compassionate care. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Juravinski Hospital Building Foundation to support the building of a new hospital.
