Mary Christina Howard

Mary Christina Howard of Milton, Ontario, born on August 27, 1935, passed away on September 27, 2026, at the age of 91. She is survived by her beloved husband, William (Bill) Howard, and her parents, Milford and Mary Mummery. Mary Christina was a devoted mother to her children: Christina McKenzie (Bruce), Catherine Smith (Brad), Betsy Webber, Rose Cummings (Dennis), Cheryl Foster (Joel), and Bonnie Howard (Albert). She will be remembered by her grandchildren: Steven Smith, Megan Howard (Kris), Kate-lyn Smith, Amy Picken (Kyle), Melanie Cummings (Rodney), Jessica Foster (Adam), Robin Cummings, Sarah Pomfret (Brier), Trevor Foster (Robyn), Allison McKenzie (Garrett), and James McKenzie (Meagan), as well as her great-grandchildren: Billy, Saskia, Amelia, Juniper, Emma, Olive, Iris, Asher, Oaklee, Oliver, and Owen. Mary Christina is also survived by her sisters, Madeleine and Velma; brothers, Albert and James; and numerous extended family members and friends. Visitation will take place on Friday, October 2, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at McKersie & Early Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service at St. John's Anglican Church at 2:00 PM and burial at 2:45 PM.
