Jose Barbosa

Jose Barbosa, a resident of Hamilton, Ontario, was born on September 5, 1948, and passed away on September 2, 2026, at the age of 77. He is survived by his beloved wife, Maria, and their children: Estrela (Mariano), Mario (Isabel), Emanuel (Alice), Jose Carlos, and Joana. Jose was a proud grandfather to Claudia, Tiago, Catarina, Andre, Mario Jason, Justin, Christopher, Allison, Erika, Andrew, and Amelia, as well as a great-grandfather to Goncalo, Alexander, Daniel, and Constança. Visitation took place on September 8, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bay Gardens Funeral Home – Hamilton Chapel. A funeral service will be held on September 9, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM, followed by entombment at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Cemetery.
