John Wilson

John Wilson, a resident of Hamilton, Ontario, passed away on October 5, 2026, at the age of 85. He was born on September 29, 1941. John was predeceased by his beloved wife, Kathy. He is survived by his children: Daniel, Monica (Bill Cook), Shawn (Sharlene Wilson), Julie (Tony Boateng), Marcia (Bill Lomax), and Mike (late Tania). He also leaves behind his grandchildren: Greg (Rachael), Braedon (Marissa), Larissa (Davis), Chloe (Nick), Michael (Tori), Jaclynn (Jake), Brett (Jess), Molly (Skylar), and Myles, as well as his great-grandchildren, Abby, Aubrey, and Ophelia. John is further survived by his siblings, numerous nieces and nephews, and extended family. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at P.X. Dermody Funeral Home, located at 796 Upper Gage Ave, Hamilton, ON L8V4K4. In lieu of flowers, donations in John's memory may be made to the De Mazenod Door Outreach in Hamilton, Ontario.
