John David WALLACE

John David Wallace, also lovingly known as 'Jay', 'Jaybird', and Uncle Jack, passed away peacefully on March 31, 2026, at the age of 96, following a brief illness. He is now reunited in heaven with his beloved wife, Marilyn McCabe Wallace. John was predeceased by his parents, two brothers, and two sisters. He is survived by his three loving children, Lynda Agudo (Sebio), Karen Johnson (Jason), and Scott Wallace (Liz), as well as 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. John retired after 35 dedicated years with Bell Canada and went on to work as a bus driver for Hillfield Strathallan College and later as a limousine driver. He was an accomplished scuba diver and instructor with a passion for winter ice diving. The family extends their gratitude to the staff and friends at Wentworth Heights Retirement Home for their exceptional care and support.
