Grozda Bogdanis (nee Kostsopoulos)

Grozda Bogdanis (nee Kostsopoulos) passed away suddenly on April 10, 2026, at St. Peter's Hospital in Hamilton at the age of 92. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 70 years, Tome Bogdanis, and their daughter, Joanne Stajov (George). Grozda was a loving Baba to granddaughter Donna Bogdanis, and grandsons Daniel Stajov (Meri), Matthew Stajov (Jennifer), Andrew Bogdanis (Bridgit), and Nathaniel Stajov (Ashley). Also missing their Baba are seven great-grandchildren: Maya and Austin Stajov, Alexander, Maxand Rex Bogdanis, Scarlett Stajov, and Ava Nersisyan-Stajov. Grozda was predeceased by her son, Paul Bogdanis. Arrangements have been entrusted to Bay Gardens Funeral Home. A visitation will be held on April 15, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Bay Gardens, immediately followed by a Memorial Service led by Father Angel Starchev at 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery.
