Elaine Brookes

The family announces the passing of Elaine Brookes in Hamilton, Ontario, on August 31, 2026, at the age of 76. Born on June 21, 1950, Elaine was known for the meaningful connections she fostered throughout her life. She is survived by her husband, Jack; sons, Andrew (Alcides) and Noel (Jackson); brother, David Stewart; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, including Jennifer (Abe), Christopher, Lori, Tommy, Souraya, Abie, Heather (David), and CJ. Friends and family are invited to reflect on their cherished memories of Elaine. Visitation was held on August 5 and September 5, 2026, with a funeral service on September 5 at 3:00 PM at the Clark Funeral Chapel, located at 567 Upper Wellington St, Hamilton, ON L9A3P8. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation.
