The family of Douglas John McGregor of Hamilton, Ontario, announces his passing on September 13, 2026, at the age of 77. Born on March 31, 1949, Douglas is remembered fondly by his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He is survived by his beloved wife Pat, daughters Steph (Ryan) and Jamie (Tyler), brothers Bob (late Helen), John (Sandra), and Tom (Kathy), close friend Frank, and granddaughter Maisie. A celebration of life will take place on Sunday, September 20, 2026, at 12:00 PM at Kitching, Steepe & Ludwig Funeral Home, located at 146 Mill St N, Waterdown, ON L0R2H0. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Juravinski Research Institute would be greatly appreciated.
