BETTY McBRIDE

Betty McBride (nee Lambert) passed away on March 21, 2026, at the age of 98. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph, and her sisters, Evelyn and Florence, as well as her nephew, Glen Bissett. Betty is survived by her nieces, Barbara Thomas and Marilyn Wooder, and her nephews, Bruce Bissett and John Gropp, as well as her great-nieces, Christine, Dana, Debra, Jennifer, Michele, and Sandra, and her great-nephews, Darryl, Grant, Jeff, Michael, and their children. The family would like to extend their thanks to the staff at Birkdale Place in Milton, where Betty resided for the last twelve years of her life, and to Dr. Brian Watada. A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, April 11th, from 10-11 a.m. at McKersie & Early Funeral Home, followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m. in the chapel and a reception. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Milton District Hospital.
