Barbara Gail Kemp, of Hamilton, Ontario, passed away on October 2, 2026, at the age of 87. Born on April 12, 1939, Barbara is remembered fondly for the joy she brought to her family and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth Kemp, her parents, Hilda and W. Ronald Sutherland, and her niece, Jill. Barbara is survived by her children, Jeff Kemp of Guelph and Carolyn Case (Al) of Fuquay Varina, NC; her siblings, Sue Paszkat (Bob) and John Sutherland (late Diana); her niece, Jennifer; and her nephews, Ian and Kevin. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Ontario Veterinarian College (OVC) Pet Trust, which can be accessed through their website.
