Alexander McGillivray

It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of Alexander McGillivray of Midland, Ontario. Born on April 28, 1927, in Scotland, Ontario, Alexander passed away on October 4, 2026. He was predeceased by his former wife, Jessie. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen, and his daughters, Debra Hodgson (Earl), Lynn Nixon, and Kristine Marion (late Andre). Visitation was held on Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Nicholls Funeral Home, located at 330 Midland Ave, Midland, ON L4R3K7. A funeral service followed from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Midland Legion would be greatly appreciated.
